1. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days across India. Delivery time may vary slightly based on your location and courier serviceability.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping across India on all orders unless mentioned otherwise on the product page.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pin codes.
4. Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?
COD is available for selected pin codes only. Availability will be shown at checkout. COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use it to track your delivery in real time.
6. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products within 3 days of delivery. A complete unboxing video is mandatory for approval.
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact support immediately for cancellation requests.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and usually reflect within 8–15 business days, depending on your bank.
9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video. Without video proof, replacement or refund requests cannot be approved.
